      Work life balance was great. Unlimited sick days, Remote work, but moving to hybrid office work in May 2024.

      Fully absorbed into SAP culture vs a separate Concur-centric culture that feels less like a startup and more like big business. Openness with management is used against you vs a true open door policy that empathizes growth and development between employees and managers. Job satisfaction weighs heavily on your manager.
