I had high hopes when I started, but became disillusioned and found my mental health deteriorating as time went on by the following: - Poor onboarding and lack of adequate support overall - Out of touch, tone-deaf leadership with fake empathy and support - Blame culture is rampant here. Sadly it became clear that leaders would rather throw you under the bus and protect themselves and gaslight than fix real long standing issues - Very cliquish culture that borders on bully behavior - Little to no perks compared to other tech companies (e.g no educational reimbursement for professional development) - Lack of innovation and openness by leadership

-Out of touch executive leadership, who promote initiatives disconnected from the realities customer-facing employees face. -minimal pay raises year over year (2-3% max) -the work is HARD. Maintaining customer relationships with a tech giant is harder than you’d think. Customers pay big money for top of the line support and do not receive it -Work life balance getting worse and worse. It used to be what made the company great but as SAP requires RTO, lays off thousands annually, and continuously restructures, it creates so much more stress for employees
