Cons

Operations Managers are cunning; they don't care about the real struggle of the employees. It's all about meeting the daily very stressful targets. Everytime we hit the new goal, they will implement an even harder target, it really doesn't end. You will die trying or get some depression. This is mental.

- Culture is great. Everybody will try and help. Opposite of many companies I worked for. Growth culture - they live to see you get better and help take small steps to achieve your goals

Cons

I like my salary, but wish pay was a bit higher. Salary not keeping up with inflation.
