Cons
Management lacks perspective and professionalism. Dont manage change well at all. Communication is terrible in all levels. Used to be a really nice place long ago but since it is growing so fast now the human factor seems to be lost. It is turning into a company in which you are another number. Policies not clear. Benefits below average. Career path quite limited.
