      Pros

      Unique culture for corporate america -passionate, sincere, respectful. High caliber people -some x softees and others who have been here for a while. Strongly customer centric and the founders continue to exert a strong influence on the culture and day to day running of the operation which is very much a plus.

      Cons

      fast growing and lots of work so don't expect to float or look for "someone" to do something -its not a con but its a warning to anyone who isn't used to being hands on

      Work from home, flexible hours, good superivors

      Cons

      Limited Product Set, C-Levels change direction and focus of the company every year it seems. Don't care about employee retention. No problems conducting massive layoffs to streamline and boost profits for Wall St.

      A rapidly growing company with many opportunities for growth and learning. Many talented people who enjoy working in teams and want to keep the company moving forward.

      Cons

      The rapid growth means there is a constant state of changes. Priorities are changing all the time and there is a lot of movement from project to project.
