Pros

Company culture based on innovation, employee empowerment and reward. Employee satisfaction is the driver of the company growth. Decision making starts from the mid-level management, employee opinion count on every step. Met and worked with some great people.

Cons

Company was bought by SAP so it will be interesting to see whether the culture of a small growing company will sustain and how German and American style of running the business with go together.

Pros

Since its acquisition by SAP, there are opportunities to take on new challenges and opportunities within the company.

Cons

Management is a disorganised fraternity which does not convey its strategies to anyone, anywhere, perhaps because it doesn't really have any. In the absence of tangible strategies or project objectives, employees are almost encouraged to coast.

Concur is still a great place to work, even after the SAP acquisition. The leadership and culture are still thriving.

Cons

Will SAP eventually suck Concur in? And to what extent will that hurt the culture and innovating cycle?
