Good place for standard positions if you like lack of attention

Pros

Managers don't look over your shoulder, you have pretty much free hand (depends on team) If you do your job just enough, you have your place safe. Competitive salary if you negotiate enough. Multi language environment with opportunities to travel. Good enough benefits.

Cons

Not enough attention from HQ (Prague Office). Salaries grow just so so. Hard to make a change to a process. Lack of drive from the management (QA group), no vision.
