      Good ole boy company

      Remote work, great benefits, decent pay...if you can get it, generous PTO

      Cons

      They seem to operate via the good ole boy network. How can you have a team of 90+...and have only 2 people of color on the team. Make it make sense. Raises are a joke. And certain directors...are out of touch with reality.
