No pay raises for the year on a global scale even though stock price was soaring and employees were making great efforts through RTO mandates, HPOM model alignment and embedding AI into products. A new performance review program introduced in order to micromanage more efficiently and withhold raises/bonuses based on manager discretion. Had some good diversity programs but they were cut due to Trump and yet the company claims diversity and inclusion as one of its major principles.

Salary could be higher compared with other companies
