very good work life balance; work doesn't keep you very busy so good place if you want to pursue any external interests, hobbies, goals.; good brand value for CV.
Cons
Tendency to get locked in comfort zone too easily; un-challenging work many times; bureaucratic decision making; difficult for career growth due to size of organisation; usually get to work on a very tiny piece of project due to atomic division of work among too many team members; salary disproportionate to the brand value; no on-site projects/visits; too many re-orgs; less importance to empoyee's career growth.
