Pros

SAP is a large multinational company, which means that there are quite a few opportunities to change role and/or location at any given time. Good vacation policy. Varied work.

Cons

Since SAP is a large company, it doesn't really have a sense of unity. Management seems distant. The big picture plan for the company is a bit unclear. The company may be relying too much on acquisitions rather than innovating internally. Existing perks (e.g., company sanctioned barbecues) are being cut back to save on costs.

Pros

Excellent and international working environment. Lots of oportunity in term of mobility. Excellent training and skill development system. SAP offers competitive compensation packages. Pay is partly performance-related, and benefits can include relocation expenses, profit sharing, bonuses, stock options, discounted loans, retirement plan, health and accident insurances, and sports and leisure facilities.

Cons

To mainy people and project are working on the same subject without knowing it, their is a huge lack of coordination and communication mainly due to the internal political game played by senior managment. It is sometiems extremly hard to obtain information on the techincal aspect of the diffrent product internally and (too )often the political aspect of sharing information limit how accurate it is

Pros

For a good work life balance and the atmosphere of letting you try things out.

Cons

Things are very slow to change. It pains to see this. Even though things are tried the process of change is relatively slow, it has to go through too many channels of approval and negotiations.
