      The company is great but can't get "startup" spirit again

      Pros

      Work stability and legislation compliance, pretty good benefits, awesome flexibility and work-life balance, great office, open dialogue between employee levels.

      Cons

      A part of workers have lost their motivation and don't want to learn new topics. This is a road to hell in software development where it's not enough to be brilliant in 20-30 year old technology. "Corporate overhead" seems a bit too high.
