Pros

Great company and team culture, very supportive management, cool benefits.

Cons

Four buildings with offices instead of one. But that will change at the end of 2022 when we all move into the new office building.

Social and other benefits, attitude towards people by management, great managers and colleagues, salary, environment etc.

Cons

For my 2 years of in SAP I honestly can't find such. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed with work, but who isn't at some point?
