Plenty of learning opportunities, you will be given equal responsibilities in a variety of roles within the team and across other teams in the business group. Good work culture with best in class payscale for a service based company.

Had a great manager who treated me perfectly

Cons

Awful schedule, promised work hours that we didnt get, less than 10 hours a week. Awful store managers. Not worth it.

Working independently Variety Better pay Job Satisfaction, ie seeing work through each day, start to finish and appreciating finished work. Opportunity for growth. Excellent management and staff.

Cons

Hours can vary weekly no set schedules. Black out periods with no hours throughout the year.
