      Pros

      Good pay for a first time job holder. Weekends off.

      Cons

      Horrible hours. No career advancement unless related to the family in charge. No pay raise or benefits for part time employees. Rude store employees and upper division SAS employees.

      Pros

      Great benefits, strong management structure, aggressive pay structure at all levels, management cares about their employees, the work is fun, the relationships with my co-workers and the stores, and of course promotion opportunities are abound if you work hard.

      Cons

      At times you will put in long hours to meet the needs of the customer, but this comes with any 3rd party merchandising company role you play. Other than that I love this place!
