weekends off, holidays off, my supervisor was cool, did not micro manage

Pros

Good travel pay if you’re willing to be on the road. Team Leads get paid less than you which is funny when you argue with them and get to bring that up. You’re likely to only be fired if you’re caught doing something illegal. They never ever want to fire merchandisers.

Cons

So much sexual harassment if you’re any kind of physically attractive. Team Leads have god complexes HR is nonexistent If you’re not traveling the pay or terrible

Run far away don’t even apply

Cons

Company has no idea what it’s doing. Hours are minimal for part-time people and you have to use your own car your own gas. Nothing that’s ever reimbursed. Training is limited.
