Business Outlook
Pros
Highly relevant technology offerings to help customers reach their goals. Lots of interesting and goal orientated people to work with, who on the whole leave their egos outside the office. Everyone gets a chance to share ideas through friendly communication channels.
Cons
As with all large companies there are unwanted/outdated practices and lethargy in places. Would like to see the company be more agile and take ideas directly from those employees who have proven insight into the minds of a wide range of customers.
