      Pros

      relatively large hospital with small feel. Low bureaucracy. Vision driven hospital serving an underserved community. Tough economic conditions but do a great job under the circumstances. Lots of opportunities to make an impact to the community.

      Cons

      Staffing issues and some older equipment not dissimilar to other hospitals working in similar economic conditions.

      Cons

      This hospital is disorganized, understaffed, underfunded. There is very little to no support from upper management.
