Get to help an underserved population.

Cons

The standard of care is so low these are REAL people's lives for God's sake. Patients here are guinea pigs! Don't send anyone you love to this hospital or move out of the area if you can because if this is the nearby hospital in the event you are in an emergency you will end up dying here.
