The pay was OK 8 hours shift but could be more

Cons

Always understaff Always waiting for your relief and best believe that if your relief wasn't coming you would have to stay for the next shift never cared about you or your health bad management always picked on good employers especially when your the one who always say something when something is not right.

great experience good insurance diverse time and a half good team work OR first assist pension 1199 union flexible schedule

Cons

horrible patient care poor training no match or contribution to 403B pension after 5 years overall surgeon skill is low difficult patients expensive parking rarely leave on time poor nursing underpaid overwhelming no support disorganized employees under appreciated
