There's very little administrative oversight. Freedom to work on different projects.

Cons

It's no wonder Montefiore is taking over. Administration has no real vision, management is often vastly underqualified, and employees are treated no better than the crackheads wandering the streets on Third Avenue. Almost every single initiative that gets pushed forward at SBH feels like a hare-brained scheme. Nobody ever thinks to include a business plan, success metrics, or an overall goal. All anyone cares about is whether you look "diverse" enough.
