      Pros

      I heard this is a great place to work. Clinical educators are trying their best to get new staff oriented in a short period of time. Lots of overtime available.

      Cons

      culture of teamwork on the unit is poor. Not much willingness from preceptors to train new staff. Management is lacking. The unit on a whole needs an upgrade. Staff burnout.

      The company has potential but because everyone is being managed by people that are just there for the money, staff feels overwhelmed.

      Cons

      Most of the time you will be picking up the slack of someone else.
