      Pros

      Was lucky to work with good nurses and good supervisors but other shifts that my friends worked with was awful. Some charge nurses acts with no compassion to patients.

      Cons

      Too political. If you have no connections or the management does not like you, you will be treated differently.

      The benefits are pretty decent

      Cons

      I worked at the company for more than 3 years then they just let me go due to a joint venture. Was told by Human resources they would help me get a position in another department but that was not true. I have called as well as emailed and have yet to get a response from.anyone.

      One of the best reason working at St.Barnabas Hospital........ was working with my lovely co-workers and my boss and supervisor

      The downside working at St. Barnabas Hospital....... was working with some nasty patients
