Pros

Best reason to work here was the evening nurse staff support system and the wealth of knowledge they offer. You do have to keep a lookout though.

Cons

You need to keep a look out for those nurses that are just trying to get bad and the population/neighborhood can be intimidating to those who are new to city life.

Patients are overall appreciative, co-workers have been really great and the salary is competitive.

Cons

Sometimes it's very busy and some of the patients become frustrated / angry because of the wait.
