Diversity of patients and staff Constant learning opportunities Multiple advancement opportunities for hard diligent worker Very good co-workers For the most part the leadership were excellent Very big city hospital, fast moving, complex patients, Smart ER doc's, smart RN's & techs Nurses in pediatric trauma & case management very autonomous and efficient Parking lots were very secured and guarded, although a monthly fee was added Many places, units and locations to work! Many specialties and types of care to deliver. For the most part staff, peers and leadership had good communication.
Cons
Work was very hard most days , very tiring at end of each shift, made to feel guilty if you were sick and called off.
