Pros

The company culture is fabulous. They really value their employees. There is a lot of energy spent on recognizing and rewarding good work. There is a big emphasis on work/life balance that makes it a very good environment. There are a lot of training classes and opportunities for professional development

Cons

The marketing group can be clique-y. The assignments vary significantly from brand to brand - Scrubbling Bubbles is a very high profile brand, while other brands are less innovative and therefore get fewer resources.

Pros

100+ year organization that is stable and financially secure. They will sponsor immigrants (mostly those that have worked in non-US affiliates). Huge retirement fund match and good pay/benefits.

Cons

Like many family run organizations deeply rooted in legacy, success is determined most by loyalty and who you know; not competency. If you fit the right demographic and are liked / accepted by the upper brass (all 20+ year employees) and you're willing to spend your career there awaiting your turn to get ahead, you may likely do well.
