      Good benefits, working with nice people

      I came into the company with 5 years experience at a different company, and SCJ does not value that experience. You have to learn the SCJ way of doing things or you know nothing.

      Management taking credit for everyone else's work Lack of support when new ideas are brought up Dismissive and rude attitude by leadership which demoralizes you as an employee Lack of transparency and communication in what is happening - makes it hard to move forward and bring success Everyone is in their own bubble and not willing to share what is going on - no one is on the same page No collaboration Backstabbing my leadership

Culture confused, forced from top down, not created by employees Values depend on who you talk to from bottom to top No way to advance beyond a few typecast career paths Lack of appreciation for internal expertise Aggressive HR against employees Pay low, location marginal
