Pros

Theoretically it could be a good place

Cons

Doesn't seem to know what to do with the people and expertise they have. Very much not a family company, if you are not their family. Don't believe what you hear there. Very very poor onboarding process, and extremely poor HR - trying to cram all people into little molds that are easy to evaluate numerically.

It’s true that there can be tension between being a competitive business that’s healthy enough to last for generations, and also maintaining a unique culture that doesn’t always have to put profits at the top of the priority list. We’re always working to find the right balance. We’ll share your feedback for consideration.

Pros

If you are looking for a company of entitled narcissists who have zero accountability this is the place for you. You can get promoted for doing nothing and lacking experience. Also, you will actually spend more time outside of the office then you will in it. Any excuse to escape the office is good for employees. Free lunches and participation trophies for showing up each day.

Cons

Everything. No product supply on a consistent basis and the people making production decisions are constantly told it was not their fault and no problem. They wonder why they never hit sales goals. A bunch of entitled people with very little experience. They can talk about ping pong tournaments but fail to acknowledge other events that pertain tot he entire company. 40%+ turnover of senior leadership. 50%+ for the rest of the company.
