Pros

Great work life balance with flexible hours and home working possible. Good benefits inc gym, parking, cheap canteen, staff shop. Very multinational and energized work force. 'All in it together' culture, especially at lower management levels.

Cons

Chaotic processes with business results held together by good will and luck instead of a strategic approach. Lots work long hours without overtime. Easy to get stuck at a low level after 2-3 years as so few team leader/managerial roles. Constantly reorganizing with focus on cost cutting rather than growth or improvement.
