Pros

Good culture- friendly, collaborative. Competitive pay and benefits. Work life focus including summer hours and concierge service. Great brands that help the overall business be successful.

Cons

Can be disempowering at times as a lot of decision making is top down. Racine Wisconsin is also a hard place at times to find talent.

Good benefits and nice people. Tyrannical managers who don't develop their people tend to plateau in their career.

Cons

Highly political atmosphere and continuous changes makes accomplishment difficult.
