      In a global process of restructuring, consolidating roles across all business platforms and divisions. Many concurrent changes at multiple levels of responsibility make it difficult to make decisions, align with company direction.

      Friendly atmosphere, collaborative people Nice working environment (Swiss EU HQ in Rolle) Good salary and overall benefits (summer hours, restaurant, gym etc..) International career opportunities (presence in most countries worldwide)

      Cons

      Not enough training opportunities and overall people development programmes Constant restructuring efforts leading to demotivation and high employee turnover Not a risk taking culture, Need to be more aggressive in the marketplace Giving too much importance to networking for career progression.
