      Pros

      Great 401k match, good discount on SCJ products and a promising company with good cultures and values. At SCJ, you truly get the feel of working with Family. The work/life balance is also commendable

      Cons

      Weak leadership; This is one of the companies still struggling with embracing people of color.

      Pros

      Most people are great to work with and the pay is fair. Some of the recent reorganization was necessary but it went to far.

      Cons

      Management by fear, management does not want anyone to question anything- just shut up and do it. Low moral, concern about the long term viability of the company, knowledge erosion is getting worse every day. Management does not empower their employees. So much more could get done if they did. Lots of Directors and VP's... Seem to announce a new one each week. Seems to be getting very too heavy.
