      Pros

      Had a great campus, lots of eager people, new renovation for design and research

      Cons

      Was a "design forward" company from the outside, but on the inside it was all about numbers and marketing, not innovation. Would make tons of progress on potential new products and services, but they'd just sit on the shelf.

      None to mention anymore they have all been taken away.

      Cons

      Management makes poor decisions and hourly employees pay for it “literally “. Now taking money back from employees. Makes promises to get you in then after awhile takes it back. Not very credible!

      Pros

      Base pay is good for the area. Co-workers are inspiring, smart and very hard working. Company store is a fun perk, and the JMBA is an awesome benefit if living in Racine. Medical Center is a great plus, and nurses are knowledgeable and very friendly. Very strong ethical practices and policies that make me proud of SCJ.

      Cons

      The company does not embrace telecommuting. The policy is rigid and has some bizarre requirements. Major restructuring every few years leaves people confused and unsettled. Functional spending has been cut so low it's hurting more than helping. There is no relief in sight, but it's very hard to do our work when we have such little flexibility. It also seems to vary largely between departments - some still seem to have an inflated budget for events and travel, while others have nothing.
