      Get experience at a Large global CPG company

      Cons

      Since "transformation" implemented f In past year, they gave laid off a record # employees. Result is many people doing jobs of what uses to be handled by multiple people. The title refers to fact that they are spending a significant amount of money on consultants & agencies while actual employees are extremely overworked and stressed. Very silioed and bureaucratic company.

      Pros

      Strong benefits program for Racine based employees which includes recreation facility, child care services, and off site meeting space for business and personal use.

      Cons

      Culture is changing to very aggressive performance based with short term business objectives. Leaders are in a state of flux due to a lack of actionable consumer insights and product innovation which meets today's consumer needs.

      Pros

      SCJ is a great place to work for people seeking balance in their lives. Especially for people who are commuting 25 minutes or less. The work life infrastructure provided by SCJ (gyms on most campuses, childcare, summer hours, some telecommuting, etc.) allows employees an opportunity to seek balance.

      Cons

      Transformation in the past year has sucked the life out of good people. Lot of brain capital leaving voluntarily or involuntarily. Lot of uncertainty continues even after transformation has concluded.
