      Brand driven company with many smart business people. Good compensation and benefits. Good office space and top quality facilities.

      Cons

      Company is going through huge changes that are significantly impacting morale in a very negative way. Product innovation and advertising are at all time lows. Lack of strategic direction.

      This we believe Some good products Some good leaders

      Cons

      Company operates in niche markets still. Management acts to be good for the boss, not for the people. Family Company concept is used for people to work more with little compensation. HR cares to cut salaries and compensations. Connection to people? Not at all. The last period no respect at all to people and their families.

      Used to have great senior management , outstanding market expertise, flexibility and an open-minded company culture.

      Cons

      Became boring and non-motivating yet too stressful working environment, HR policy unfitting for 21 st century work market/force, very average compensation and benefits.
