      Pros

      Environment at scj is unvaluable. People are great and it is very common to become close friends, a true great place to work.

      Cons

      The market is slow and not so exciting for youngsters who want to implement and test new ideas with ease. Mgmt seems more worried about staying safe rather than developing talent
