Small company, some great people and easy to make friends with, well-implemented communication systems with easy to access information (sharepoints, best practice sharing), transparency regading company development. Somewhat investment in professional development via trainings and cross-functional experience if you are among those who are appreciated. Nice year-end parties, profit sharing and vacation allowance.

Cons

Lousy salaries, 2 times below market average, trade marketing orientation only, international mkt programs with no local input but execution only at local level, sales-oriented company, low to almost no media budgets, benefits discrimination between company employees and third party ones, awful working hours (except short Friday, Mon to Thu is 9-18:30).
