Great company, treats employees well and with fairness. While in a challenging environment, the company keep its focus on people vs. financials only. It is business challenging and competes with bigger players so in my opinion faces exiting challenges

Cons

Could provide more flexibility and work life balance (i.e. work from home more flexible and flexible time for working parents)

Friendly environment where you're encouraged to be the best version of yourself. Communicative top management and there's a sense of pride in what is achieved.

Cons

Compensation can be more competitive and company location not very accesible.

Great job environment and nice relationship with co-workers. Great place for capabilities deployment. Work can be made in an independent manner and is possible to openly contact colleagues from overseas.

Cons

Not the best place for career opportunities in industrial-related areas.
