      In itself a good company. In transition to course correct AND prepare for the upcoming competitive battle.

      Pros

      Fair tolerance to recover underperformance. Very multi culti during the course of the day. Still Nice value system. Many leading edge business practices

      Cons

      Extremely slow in decisionmaking. Far too much centralised. We re not P&G! It seems that being in meetings is THE Key KPI Remuneration package deteriorated over the years compared to FMCG . Communication is not very effective and very much like pappa is educating you.
