      Global approach, Very good encouraging senior management, All good systems in place, SAP, LEAN, Very appreciative of good work

      Lot of background politics, not very upfront feedback, hold grudges for long time, senior management not aware of root level challenges

      Pros

      Mulitnational Family Company. Not needing to report to shareholder, great company to be. Supportive colleagues & top management. Employee is treated as family

      Agility to react vs. competitors. The decision can be quite slow to be implemented
