Good work life balance and general respect for its employees. Breadth of responsibilities are wide and the company has strong household brands.

Cons

Location is in a desolate town in Wisconsin. Profit sharing has been sub par in recent years and incentive structures are not always aligned to performance.

Great benefits, good people, great cafeteria, poor advancement opportunities, lack of care by managers, great Christmas party! Overall good company

Cons

Lack of care and support by upper managemet. I did not appreciate the fact that managers truly seemed unhelpful and uncaring. Also the work may get boring and repetitive, little travel opportunities
