Very positive but the location of Racine, WI is not very good

Great people, good culture, relaxed and comfortable. Treat their employees very well and there are a lot of benefits, especially for parents.

Cons

Location, passive (Midwestern) culture. The company, since privately owned, is slower to develop newer projects, but they are aware of this weakness and working toward becoming more competitive.
