      Cons

      May be hard to develop your career unless you do it yourself. It may be a little bit hard to get promoted if you just keep comfortable with your position in the company. Work hard on yourself. Take courses or Master's and PHD to be able to get developed in your career

      Friday 0.5 day, Family/Work balance is good, ability to make change on day to day is high if you’re the right level.

      Cons

      Flexibility on working location is low, 4 days in the office is old. Need to get with the times. Lean teams = less experience to drive change. Too many low experienced staff
