No process. All informal and relationship based. Cultish and hypocritical. Fear is the only rule.
Pros
Don't have to do any leading edge or hard stuff. Just hang out and shop at the company store. Remember to say yes and be average and you'll be fine. I was duped into coming here. At least I've figured out how to get by.
Cons
Claim to be a nice place but its hypocritical. Best advise is keep your head down, do as you're told, don't take any initiative or you'll be knocked down. Mgmt is not transparent at all to employees. The all hands meetings are just full of corp fluff talk with positive spin. When it really matters employees are treated like children and told only enough to keep them quiet. Not a great brand name on your résumé. You won't get head hunted because you work here unfortunately. The longer you stay you lose your edge and forget how to excel in the outside world.
