Pros

Great facilities, and resources to do your job. Very professional and low pressure environment

Cons

Advancing and promotion is very slow, people tend to stay for their whole career and promotions are not given unless you speak out and apply to a specific role

Pros

some perks - profit sharing (though new hires get 2 token checks before you see any real bonus which means 1 year wait until full participant in profit sharing). Amenities are good, gym, cafeteria, & offsite access to recreation center (but comes with compulsory membership fee regardless of usage)

Cons

Advancement opportunities are slow, far and few between. Transparency in hiring practices from recruiting and hiring teams is nominal at best. If you don't know someone or participate in the right cliques you're not going to advance quickly or at all. Work life balance is not prioritized even though it is espoused as a value.
