Management by fear, management does not want anyone to question anything- just shut up and do it. Low moral, concern about the long term viability of the company, knowledge erosion is getting worse every day. Management does not empower their employees. So much more could get done if they did. Lots of Directors and VP's... Seem to announce a new one each week. Seems to be getting very too heavy.

Claim to be a nice place but its hypocritical. Best advise is keep your head down, do as you're told, don't take any initiative or you'll be knocked down. Mgmt is not transparent at all to employees. The all hands meetings are just full of corp fluff talk with positive spin. When it really matters employees are treated like children and told only enough to keep them quiet. Not a great brand name on your résumé. You won't get head hunted because you work here unfortunately. The longer you stay you lose your edge and forget how to excel in the outside world.
