Values based organization where executives walk the talk and inspire local centers to do the same. Imagine a healthcare organization that not only cares about it's patients but cares about it's employees too. The values don't just sit on the wall getting dusty. There is a tangible pulse to the values in the organization.

Cons

Company has over 200 locations so each facilities employees may have a slightly different experience. Company is growing rapidly and working to develop the infrastructure to give each acquisition a similar onboarding experience.
