      Great pay and benefits. PTO comparable to other facilities. Multiple locations available with different specialties to choose from. Healthcare benefits include transgender care (Including surgical services)

      Surgery center so not always a 40 hour week.

      Pros

      No weekends or holidays, great cohesive group of nurses to work with. Lots of teamwork.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful environment trying to keep surgeons and patients all satisfied. Surgeons want quick efficient nurses and patients want to take it slow and don’t like being rushed. Can be a very tricky environment and very stressful at times.
