- great team environment - no call, weekends or holidays - no super late days - doctors are generally nice, respectful and great at what they do

Cons

- upper management (practice CEO, etc) have no medical background and do not understand how hard their workers actually work or what they do on a day-to-day basis - lots of 'lip service' from practice CEO and above - ie generalized praise but no monetary increase -2% annual increase per year. not even anywhere close to inflation or the 8% --increase in benefits cost last year by 8% - actually bragged that they increased the maternity leave from 1 week to 2 weeks! - $500 bonus annually, which ends up being around $250 after tax...not really a bonus in most peoples opinions

Disorganized company. Worst work culture I've ever experienced. Terrible management. Terrible coworkers. Terrible pay. They will tell you that you deserve more money than what you're making but do not offer it. No one knows what they are doing. They value the work to be done fast but not correctly. They do not care about the employees with integrity. They will nag at you to get the job done and don't care if it is done wrong. They do not truly care about the patients safety or care in doing this. Turnover rate is high. I will never recommend this company to anyone.

There is a lot of talk about diversity and inclusion here, but: - We have our 3rd consecutive white CEO - Our 3rd consecutive white COO - Our 5th consecutive white CFO - One BIPOC on our leadership page - that one person also happens to be the only one with a "Vice President" title versus Senior Vice President or Group President titles for everyone else - Several rumors make the rounds whenever a BIPOC leader leaves the company and all the talk comes out about everything bad about them, but when it's a white person the communication is completely different and we celebrate their past
