Pros

Great teamwork by all departments. Flexible schedules

Cons

Hours are either cut short or you are on overtime. Not much in between. Super busy until noon and then slow. Up to 70 patients some days, which is too much. Management doesn't listen to feedback. Too much disparity in pay between nurses

Pros

Excellent nursing and surgeons good schedule and co workers. We all try to work together . More than I can say for management. It's a shame no morale high road here.

Cons

Don't understand the being given answers for tests from main office. Actually given answers on paper and told to tske test uding the answers by office manager my boss . Guess what we all got 100.Also don't get having to sign paperwork saying I participated in fire drills and emergency training that never happened what happens if there is a fire or true emergency I don't know only hope it never happens. A piece of paper is put in front of you and you have to sign or else??? Does anyone at the main office know this? HELP
